How do I get the deal?

Download the DQ® App or visit DQ.ca and follow the prompts to register for a DQ® Rewards account. Please note that deals may take up to 24 hours to display after creating an account. While signed into your account in the App or online, the $1 Small Blizzard® Treat deal can be found by clicking on the Deals tab, which will take you to the Deals page. If you cannot see the deal, please ensure that you have a favourite location saved in your account profile.

How do I redeem the deal?

This deal can be redeemed online, or by using your DQ App with a mobile order or in person at the register. To redeem the deal in an online order, click “apply to order” and the $1 Small Blizzard® Treat deal will be applied to your bag. Ensure you add a small Blizzard® Treat to your bag. This deal excludes Royal Blizzard® Treats.To redeem the deal in a mobile order, click on “use in a mobile order” and the $1 Small Blizzard® Treat deal will be applied to your bag. Ensure you add a small Blizzard® Treat to your bag. This deal excludes Royal Blizzard® Treats.To redeem in a store, it is important that you do not click redeem until you have reached the register. Can I use the deal for my family members?

The $1 Small Blizzard® Treat deal is a one-time use deal for one person. It is valid for one qualifying item. Each customer must have their own DQ® Rewards account to receive this deal. Valid at participating Canada locations, excluding Quebec.

What do I do if I have the red version of the DQ® App?

The DQ® App was updated in March of 2022. Accounts created before March of 2022 have all since been deleted. Please ensure you have the updated version of the DQ® App. We recommend deleting and reinstalling the app to refresh the data. The updated version of the DQ® App is blue in the App store and Google Play. Where are my points from the old DQ® App?

The DQ® App was updated in March of 2022. All points from the old DQ® App expired in March of 2023. Points are valid for 1 year from the date received and cannot be reissued once they expire.

How do I change my favourite location?

To change your favourite DQ® location, go to My DQ tab in the bottom navigation bar and tap on Edit My Profile. Your current favourite location will be listed at the top of the page. Tap on the blue Edit link to find and select your preferred location.
