If you meet our qualifications and we both desire to pursue a possible franchise relationship, additional information, including a formal application will be requested.

The following inquiry form is for use only if you are interested in developing a new DQ restaurant. If you are interested only in purchasing an existing DQ restaurant, you will need to contact the franchise owner of the location in which you are interested. IDQ Companies is the franchisor and is not involved in brokering or negotiating the sale of franchised locations.

If you meet our requirements we will send you the applicable franchise disclosure document (“FDD”) in a CD-ROM format. To review the CD-ROM version, you will need a personal computer with these minimum requirements: CD-ROM drive; Pentium 233 processor or Mac PowerPC processor; Windows 98 or Mac OS 9.x operating system; 64 MB of RAM, and 60 MB of available hard drive space; Internet Explorer 6.0; and Adobe Reader 5.0 (which can be downloaded at www.adobe.com).

The CD-ROM format is an efficient way for us to provide you information and avoids the environmentally wasteful alternative of sending you thick paper books. However, you also have the capability of printing out the FDD on your computer’s printer. If you are unable to access and preview our FDD on a CD-ROM, you may call 1-800-585-4879 to request that we send you a hard copy of the FDD.
