Thanks to donations made to CMN Hospitals®, Elliott received specialty care and a heart transplant at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He made a full recovery and is back to smiling, playing, and loving baseball.   

 

In partnership with CMN Hospitals® and MLB®, we gave Elliott and his family a VIP All-Star Game experience, recognizing the hope and courage inside every champion.
